Some important lessons...

• Actually count how many people attend. Ideally, provide some sort of sign-in mechanism, perhaps tied to a badge maker.
• Don't suggest that bands play during sessions. Few people attend because they'd rather be learning. Get the bands booked at the parties.
• Make sure session conductors pull up the wiki at the end of their sessions and read off where the next sessions are.
• Provide clocks or something for session presenters.
