This is what we plan to talk about. But, remember, this is an unconference. Things can, and probably will, take some unexpected twists!

  1. Optimal length of a podcast.
  2. Making complex (boring?) topics interesting ... do you even need to? Large/niche audiences.
  3. Varied content vs. predictable format.
  4. Closing statements: the magic formula.
